From the first signal to the closed deal, in one system

One account and one contact list carry each company from an early signal through outreach and replies into your pipeline.

Northwind Logistics Stage, Outreach
Signal, hiring Northwind Logistics is hiring three revenue operations roles.

Why now

A growing revenue team is a fitting moment to reach out to an account you already track.

Where it sits in the system
  1. Signal
  2. Outreach
  3. Reply
  4. Pipeline

Eight modules, one account

Each module does one job well. Turn on what you need now and add the rest later.

Signals

List the companies you sell to. The system reads public company sources, finds dated signals like hiring, news, funding, or a site change, and ranks each one with a visible score and a plain why-now line.

Each signal lands with its score, a why-now line, and a link to the source with its date, or marked Undated. An email alert can carry a drafted opener.

Competitors

Add up to 25 competitor domains. The system reads public sources such as job boards, site changes, blog and video feeds, news, and links into public ad libraries.

A feed and a weekly brief carry a source link and a verbatim excerpt on every item.

Sourcing

Size a market, source contacts, and verify every email. Only verified addresses go out, risky catch-all addresses stay apart, and your do-not-contact list is scrubbed before anything is used.

Every address in the list is verified, catch-all addresses are held to one side, and suppressed names are removed.

ABM

Pick target accounts and add their contacts, then move accounts through journey stages with checks on company size and domains you have already contacted. Outreach steps are drafted and approved inside the system.

Accounts move through journey stages, with each outreach step drafted for you to approve.

Campaigns

Run direct outreach campaigns. Each one starts with a plan and a draft you approve, runs preflight checks, and launches only after you type an explicit confirmation.

A campaign launches only once preflight passes and you confirm it by name.

Inbox

Read every reply in one place. The system writes a reply draft for each thread, and nothing goes out until you approve it.

Each reply thread arrives with a draft ready for your approval before it sends.

CRM

Keep a pipeline of companies with stages from new to won or lost. Each company holds its notes and activity, and the whole pipeline exports to CSV.

Your pipeline sits by stage, with each company's notes and activity ready to export to CSV.

Content

Research the searches buyers use, then draft pages from facts you confirm. Nothing publishes until you approve it, and rankings are tracked after it goes live.

Drafted pages are built from confirmed facts and publish only on your approval, with rankings reported as observed and no promised position.

Pick any part, or use all of it

Clients run the whole system or switch on the parts they want. Every module shares one login and one list of accounts and contacts, so a company you add in Signals is the same company in ABM, Campaigns, Inbox, and CRM. Turn a module off and your shared company and contact records stay put.

How the pieces connect

One list moves through the whole journey, so nothing is retyped between tools.

  1. A signal lands

Signals and Competitors watch public sources and surface a company worth acting on, with the source and date attached.

  2. Outreach goes out

Sourcing verifies the contacts, then Campaigns and ABM take that same company into outreach you draft and approve.

  3. A reply comes back

Inbox gathers the replies in one place and drafts a response for you to approve before it sends.

  4. The deal lands in CRM

CRM holds the same company in a pipeline from new to won or lost, with its notes and activity in one record.

Questions

Do I have to use every module?
No. Switch on the parts you want and add the rest when you're ready. A module you turn off keeps its shared company and contact records.
Does anything send on its own?
No. Campaigns launch only after preflight passes and you confirm by typing the campaign name. Inbox replies and ABM outreach are drafted for you to approve before they go out.
Where do Signals and Competitors get their data?
From public company sources: job boards, blogs, video feeds, news, site changes, and links into public ad libraries. Every item carries a source link with its date, or a clear Undated label.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Signals, Competitors, and your CRM pipeline export to CSV.
